post-op tummy tuck surgery include 24/7 applied abdomen/stomach pressure by elastic wrap-around Velcro connector. Two tubes exit from below my waist into separate plastic grenade like containers for fluid discharge and disposal. When fluid discharge levels decrease to less than 30% the tubes will be removed.
I bought larger jeans and sweatpants, boxer shorts and suspenders to compensate for body morph and enlarged stomach. Prior pant wardrobe connected below the stomach instead of true waist. Increased pant waist size allows trousers to connect at proper waist location.
