When I was a teenager I went to school dances 3 nights a week. When I met my husband I was 15 yrs old. He would go to the dances with me. He said I could do the fast dances with our friends but could only slow dance with him. One night I was dancing the pony with his friend, and my boyfriend said that his friend got too close to me so from then after he would dance even the fast dances with me.

Never with my darling or anyone special. There was a time however, when I got a bit inebriated and got tossed across a barn dance hall by a rather rotund young woman. Does that count?
