The Last Twenty Years

When I was 38 years old, I was a strung out, directionless individual with very little potential.

But Oh how things have changed!!

Now I’m a 58 year old strung out, directionless individual with very little potential!!

Actually, I was diagnosed Sz when I was 39 years old. So 38 was my last year of sanity although I've been pretty flaky my whole life I might add. But the last 20 years have just flown by...probably because I had the girls in 2004.

Odd. Your own childhood seems drawn out and lasts forever, but when you have kids of your own it's over in the blink of an eye (their childhood that is.)

I've always been about 'the joke'...overriding everything else.

I joined a comedy forum, and they all told me I was 'trying too hard'. I didn't know what they meant, as I've always been this way since I was a little boy.
