The Past Remembered in a Better Light Than it Should Be?

Yeah, the past is always so much more rosier than the present. Supposedly we got more sinful, and sex centered as time progressed. So, if that trend continues, in 2070, things should be really raw. It does irk me that I'll miss getting in on those times.

I think I made a vow when I was a little kid to always remember things the way they really were. It's been very annoying to my family. "No, he wasn't really a great guy, Dad. Remember when he....bla bla bla?" As for history, things weren't so great in the olden days, especially for women and people of color. And children. And immigrants. And disabled and sick people. And animals.
