My daughter just called me and said she and my other daughter decided to do a spa day for me today. Evidently I'm to get a facial, a manicure, pedicure, and massage. So... I've finally grossed them out enough to motivate them View attachment 27608
 

Enjoy yourself BW. I've never had a pedicure or manicure but I do get lots of massages.
 

People are different. Some ladies enjoy the pampering, others do not.

Personally it is not something I go for, I like doing my own nails but have not yet figured out a way to give myself a massage.
 
My husband always refused to try getting a massage but I finally talked him into it in Thailand and he got one a week for the last 3 weeks.
 
I love to be pampered LOVE IT. Last time they took me to this place and for 2 hours I got a massage from my toe tips to the top of my skull. It was so so nice.

I've only had one 2 hour massage - the rest have been 1 hour. I'll never understand anyone who wouldn't enjoy it.

I know. Hubby kept asking me the purpose of a massage. He loved it when he finally got one.

When my sis in laws and I were getting our massages on one trip, my BIL just shivered and said he can't stay the idea of someone touching him all over.

My grandmother (who lived with us) used to gently run her fingernails down our backs when were kids. Loved it!
