Go ahead, indulge...indulge with the Wonderful Nut.

Wonderful Pistachios are one of the lowest-fat, lowest-calorie nuts around.
This delicious heart-healthy snack is one lean, green protein machine.

The Fit Nut...The Mindful Nut...The Colorful Nut...The Happy Nut.

One of my favorites!😄

How 'bout you?

One of the biggest myths is that nuts are "Fattening" because they're high in fat. The fat in nuts is healthy fat that actually keeps arteries clear.
When I was seriously overweight, doctors told me to avoid nuts & peanut butter because "They go right to your waist." Shows how ignorant most doctors are about nutrition. I snack on nuts constantly - no limit & weight stays at 165.
Another benefit: Since nuts are in shells, they are protected from pesticides & other contaminants.

It's funny that this thread got bumped, because I just started snacking on pistachios last night. They were pretty good, not my favorite, but I've read they're a healthy nut and wanted to branch out beyond almonds.

My favorites are dry-roasted peanuts, but that's too much salt, and I've heard they're not as healthy.

Costco has macadamia nuts that are incredible, available in stores, and ORGANIC cashews available by mail order are very, very good. The conventional cashews available in Costco stores are nothing special so ordering the organic ones is worth the hassle. (I'm not usually a big believer in the value of organic but sometimes they're better growers and have a better product so in those cases that's what I buy.)

We use Costco for walnuts, pecans, macadamias, pine nuts, and cashews. Will be checking on their pistachios, but always buy Blue Diamond brand elsewhere because they are vastly better in quality than what Costco offers.

The ad 'Said' Wonderful..
But,why wouldn't they?
That's the company's name..

'out--of' California
Anyone ever have that brand?
Sold on Amazon.😉

I eat them all, except that big one (Brazil?) It has no taste. Probably an individual thing. I don’t get the salted. Messes with my thyroid.
As someone else said, it’s a good kind of fat, like avocado and olive oil.

I always keep nuts on hand. In my fridge/freezer are walnuts, cashews, pecans, and pistachios along with sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
All of these except cashews right now.

Peanut butter is natural with absolutely no additives (i.e. Salt, oil, sugar, etc.)
