The time change; good, bad, or meh?

I really wish they would not change the hours twice a year and just keep it how it is now. I prefer to have the sun setting late like 9:30 pm. My hours are almost always different than "normal".

I often can't get with it till afternoon or evening. I know they justify the time changes somehow but I am just saying what I would like
