There's a hole, there's a hole, there's a hole in my art media table!

A lot of pics are taken by the camera on my computer tablet in order to post online. Standing above the object to be photographed results in off angles, poor lighting, and other anomalies.

A stand for the tablet was considered, which resulted in a search through various miscellaneous found and kept objects. As Gomer Pyle once said, "We looked everywhere for that chicken and finally found it in the chicken coop!", my stand was literally at my right hand.

A hole was cut in this media stand which had once been a throwaway children's pool table, converted into a platform for recording GIFs, and now was planned to also be an overhead photographing stand.

After photographing the first two images, a quick GIF was made:

A fear was present that things might fall into this hole, but could easily be retrieved:

The lighting needs to be tweaked, but the planning and work are essentially done.

Looks like anything motorized & mechanical can get out of that hole. Maybe keep that little guy with the pencil around to draw out other items that can't.

Yes, this partially stop motion clay animation, Nathan, and also entails graphic editing as in this one with words and mouth movements:

All I'm using is MS Paint & imgflip.com to create these GIFs. Thanks for asking.
