I really thought this was interesting. I watched the whole video. I could really enjoy living someplace like that IF I didn't have my chihuahua and desire for a stove and oven.



 

I think these would appeal to wealthy professionals that live in the suburbs and work in the city, cheaper than a hotel a few nights a month.
Yes that's true. I was also thinking malls like these would kind of make great places for seniors. It would be cool if they converted a mall for seniors that had stores and common places right there in the mall.

I like that idea for a regular size apartment in a mall/office building with apartments in the upper floors. If it was done right you would never need to leave the building to have access to shops, doctors, banks, restaurants, etc... It might be a way for a developer to get PILOT funding by providing housing based on age and income.

I would LOVE to live in a place like that. I'm stuck in the sticks though :D
