Sitting up top of a double decker bus yesterday, it pulled into a stop by a few houses and, glancing around I found myself face to face with a full skeleton, I couldn’t believe my eyes, it was just hanging there in a bedroom window, skull facing outwards :what1:

What sights have you seen that made you ‘look twice’ ?

Sofia Vergara, when I first saw her on this little known sitcom about women working in a real estate office. I predicted, right then and there, that she'd become a huge star because of her looks and great comedic timing and talent.

Just yesterday driving to do an errand, looked up & saw a group of REALLY BIG helicopters heading toward the local AFB.

A stag I saw in the cemetery when I was changing the flowers there. It's unusual to see large wild animals there even though through protection we have so many more of them. Lovely sight.

When I was in grade school I think maybe the 8th grade I saw something moving in the bushes as I was walking home from school. I crossed the street to get a better look and it looked like a huge ostrich pushing its way through the brush. I told my parents and they said I probably saw a stork. I have never in my whole life saw a stork of that size. I know Ostrich aren't native to New Jersey but maybe one escaped from a zoo. This was no stork.

The other day I looked up in the sky and saw a biplane. I hadn't seen one in ages. I thought I was going crazy

We have a private airfield near us, so we see those vintage bi-planes a lot ...

As for that Nun photo, that's been doing the rounds for years... I was fooled for a minute the first time I saw it too...:D

That is a possibility, fuzzybuddy. That was many years ago but the legs stand out in my mind. They seemed so long and pretty big around. Made quite a thrashing sound as I remember.

A five foot Iguana in my backyard....I promise you I looked twice, rubbed my eyes, looked again, registered it in my brain ...yup..still there.
