Such as the weather, things in the news, shortages in food, prices, getting around.

One such thing I've done is to order more than a month's supply of medication through the mail.

Purchase dried fruit and nuts for emergency meals. Have bottled water on hand, can tuna, pasta.

Having a small freezer does help, to keep a supply of dinners to just heat, no cooking.

I listen to a lot of music and have cut way back on watching the News. I find doing those has given me more peace of mind.

Also I have been able to get a lot more necessities with the stimulus and that is satisfying.

I spend a good deal of time cleaning and organizing my stuff. I can't tell you how great that feels to keep up with that😃

P38 and P51 military can openers. Small and functional.

I keep my car full of fuel if I need to have someone drive me some where. I also noticed some areas have transportation to appointments. Not sure of the cost a bit better than an ambulance ride, just for min emergency rides.

Check out hsn and qvc for chargers for cars or oth er electronics. On one hsn they sell emergency food that can be keep for years

I really enjoy google earth. I can virtually walk down many streets anywhere in the world. My favorites are small islands. The island north of Scotland are really interesting. Lots of old buildings and ruins. Island in the med are cool too.
I have never heard of Google earth before but after your post I am going to look it up. Thanks!

I suppose I do the usual things as far as extra groceries, medication, etc...

I also keep some cash on hand in case the ATM and credit card authorization systems go down.

Keep learning new ways of doing everyday things.

I have to say that over the years nothing I have prepared for has happened but a few unforeseen things have.
