Things you eat or drink every single day.

I like variety in my meals and beverages. That said, there are many foods I don’t eat or eat sparingly because I’m working hard to maintain a healthy weight.

Even though I like variety there are some things that are just daily go-tos, for me.

I have one cup of coffee a day, in the morning, prepared the same way.

I have an egg for breakfast every day. I’ll make it with different things…on toast, or with one rasher of bacon, or maybe a couple slices of fried potato, or some liver, but the egg never varies.

I drink very diluted peach tea throughout the day every day. I can’t stand water so this is my compromise.

Every night after dinner, I’ll have one cookie. It’s my “dessert” and satisfies my need for something sweet after my evening meal. (Ron has two)

I take a large handful of supplements every day too, morning and night, but I don’t think that counts as food or drink. 😉

You?

Can’t start my day without the large cup of black coffee. Most meals are accompanied by a glass of very cold skim milk. Lots of water throughout the day.

For years I always ate a slice of WW with natural peanut butter and that glass of milk. Now it’s just 2/3 of the time.

I drink a lot of spring water everyday, and have coffee in the mornings. I like tea also.
But my meals are so varied, with very little dairy, mostly yogurt/ cottage cheese ... meat very rarely

I have large bags of frozen vegetables in my freezer, and frozen berries and other fruit for making smoothies.

If I crave something different, I just eat it! and get that out of my system ..lol

There are so many things I can't eat, so now I have this every day:

B: 4 cups coffee

L: 4 eggs

D: Ground beef (sometimes with cheese), or pork chops, or ham

Occasional snack: Pork rinds with yogurt dip

Herbal tea, and a Zevia soft drink

Water with apple cider vinegar while exercising
I found Jello was my gut savior, Bill Cosby wasn't all bad. Remember my mother fed it to my younger siblings as a cure all for stomach problems. If you can believe the internet a lot of health sites tout it's benefits. I buy the sugar free cups at Walley's. 1-or-2 a day, no more or you will have the reverse effect.

I don't want to eat the exact same things every single day. My taste buds get bored. I like to mix it up. I need a variety of proteins, starches, fresh veggies, and fruit to keep me happy. The thought of eating the same thing day after day depresses me.

The only things I ingest every single day are lemon water, coffee, and herbal tea.

Four cups of coffee and one diet Pepsi is my routine for beverages. My food consumption varies although it's usually a sandwich and an apple for lunch. I don't eat breakfast.

LOL Well Holly if your MIL was cooking seven different dinners every week she was doing better than lots of people I know who either bring home Kentucky Fried chicken or order pizza night after night.

I'm fascinated with @NorthernLight's food. I really need to get on a low carb pattern like that. How much hamburger is that? No toast with the eggs or bun with the burger:cry:?

Tea..every day.. several times a day... I;m British just in case any of you didn't know..:sneaky::LOL::coffee:

Still Water every day

Handful of seedless Grapes
That it's sacrilegious to admit I'm a Brit that dislikes the taste of tea. Fresh black coffee without sugar. What I noticed about your post was the seedless grapes.
In my early twenties (I hope that nobody is eating,) a visit to the bathroom resulted in a lavatory pan full of blood.
It had to be bowel cancer, I mean, what else could it be? It couldn't be a small rupture caused by a high protein diet, could it?
My problem was quickly corrected and my treatment was to see the hospital's dietitian. For the last 55 years I have consumed a handful of grapes, a nectarine, two plums, one banana, an apple, an orange, usually the small tangerine type and a pear, every day and often a fruit salad of berries, like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries as a dessert.
Eating such copious amounts of fruit has not only had the desired effect, I rarely eat anything like chocolate or such like.

Some years ago I was out training one of our new drivers. He was amazed at the fruit that I ate throughout the day, commenting that I must crap a lot, I agreed. "Oh yes," I said, "I can sh*t for England," which nearly caused him to lose control laughing.

3 cups of coffee, sometimes with heavy cream sometimes nothing
4 eggs
bacon or beef patties
with butter

later in the day beef of some sort with butter
Homemade keto yogurt or keto coleslaw (depends on how many carbs I have used up)
Zevia or ice tea
Maybe a couple of hard boiled eggs if I am hungry
No snacks and nothing after 6 PM

Two cups black coffee in the morning
Water after that
1 Coke at 5pm (the beverage !)
Water for rest of the evening
Serving of salted caramel ice cream after dinner

Everything else varies.
