Loved those cameras. Could just drop off your film at the drive-thru fotomat and be on your way...
Our family used those for years. In fact my mother kept using hers long after they stopped making them. She only quit after not being able to get the film cartridges or flash cubes any longer. A very reliable no fills Kodak camera.
Brush curlers were the worst. It was like sleeping with your head on a porcupine, several porcupines....OMG, I hated them. It was like trying to sleep on little rocks!
At your service Amazon.com : pant stretchers for dryingPant stretchers. We used them for Levis.
LOLOL We had bright pink and yellow ones!! They'd dangle from the ends of our hair and we would flip them around. I female version of "you're gonna shoot (whack) your eye out!!"
Thanks! Also saw pant waist line stretchers! Those would be good for around the holidays! At your service Amazon.com : pant stretchers for drying

RadishRose - can you please elaborate? What is this?
My DH is going to look mighty strange in a wrap skirt, and he isn't a Scot either!Try wrap skirts instead.
Those are enamel ware. OLD OLD to match OLD OLD stoves and kitchens from 1800s. In storage, we have DHs grandmother's old cooktop table that matches it.RadishRose - can you please elaborate? What is this?

Enameled metal cookware of yesteryear, We didn't use them but other families did. My mother never tolerated anything chipped or crackedRadishRose - can you please elaborate? What is this?
I remember the wash basin thing with the soap holder. It spent a lot of time on the wood stove in the mountain cabin. It was hell to wash long hair with melted snow water.Enameled metal cookware of yesteryear, We didn't use them but other families did. My mother never tolerate anything chipped or cracked
Thanks, 2step, but they don't appeal.I remember the wash basin thing with the soap holder. It spent a lot of time on the wood stove in the mountain cabin. It was hell to wash long hair with melted snow water.
Every outdoor store/out fitter has blue enamel ware. SO brought a mug home from a play date. The mugs were given to active participants and meant unlimited coffee. Now it is in a bird seed bin. Falcon Enamelware may appeal to you.
Those were pretty good cookware in their day. The problem of course was that they chipped fairly easily They've come up with better products since, but I'm still leery of Teflon or the like. Easy to clean, but they don't last forever.
If you use Google - film is out there! Our family used those for years. In fact my mother kept using hers long after they stopped making them. She only quit after not being able to get the film cartridges or flash cubes any longer. A very reliable no fills Kodak camera.
Thanks for the tip, Twostep. But my mother is long gone, and i don't ever take pictures. My wife is the photographer. She has several quality cameras, and of course, her iPhone...If you use Google - film is out there!
