Thinking of getting a mobility scooter. Anyone have one?

How many miles on a charge do you get? When I finally have to get a chair, I want one that will do at least 30 miles on a charge. Scooters mostly do just 10 miles, not nearly enough
I have the Jazzy 600 ES Power Chair and it does 17 miles on a charge. I never go that far, just 2-3 blocks to the store. How far it goes also depends on your batteries. I have had mine since 2019 and have not had to replace my batteries yet. The lady downstairs has to replace her batteries every year and she goes out more and further distances than I do.

I am fortunate that my apartment as small as it is, had a nice size bathroom That is where I keep "Jazzy", my mobility chair. I move it to the other room or even in my hall outside my door when I take a shower. I have an open floor plan, though only 338 sq. ft. and it is built to easily accommodate a wheelchair.

I wanted to add here that I did not get a doctor's order for the rolling walker or the mobility chair. I bought them myself. My chair was used but looked like new. They both have given me my independence. Actually I was using a cane and that made my knees worse. The rolling walker for me has made it so I can walk more than I was before. Never had any problem with it.
If that "Jazzy" is made by Pride Mobility, it was built a stone's throw from where I live. I worked there part time for a while. During an idle period, one of the guys put two batteries in series and flew down the hallway like a bat out of hell.

That's the one! It will go pretty fast but I am cautious. That brand is the most popular in my building.

You are truly fortunate to have gotten that very nice and big bathroom, @katlupe ! :)
I'm glad for you, and it's the perfect spot to park Jazzy. (which looks very Jazzy to me too!)

My tiny apartment, I assume is similar to yours and to Marie's, and I don't have any space like that.
