1 Today is Wed 10th June, and if someone says to you see you next Friday is it the 12th of June?
2 Today is Wed 10th June, and if someone says to you see you this Friday is it the 12th of June?
3 Today is Wed 10th June, and if someone says to you see you next Friday is it the 19th of June?
Or are This and Next the same thing?
Me if I mean to see you on the 19th,I would say "See you Friday week"?
And you?

"This Friday" for the 12th, definitely. It gets tricky with "next Friday".

When someone says "next Friday", knowing that different people have different meanings for that term, I always ask "Do you mean Friday the 12th or Friday the 19th?" Otherwise, for sure, I'll be sitting somewhere waiting for a week or I'll be a week late.
I do the same with specifying the exact date, as jujube does.

In the example provided, I would reply, "as in this Friday, as in June 12th, like in two days from now"?

I work with dates, and you can never go wrong with that.
