Does anyone have any favorite FREE online Brain exercises for memory?

Here's one: a series of exercises and then they give you a brain age score
I found that I was at a disadvantage when I played these because
I don't have a mouse which would have made it quicker I imagine.

I'm always aware of my brain because it does stupid things sometimes. It's memory is for the birds. Can't recall a word sometimes that only that particular word will do so I just give up on saying that something. It's terribly annoying. I can even forget what you just told me 10 minutes ago. Now that's scary. Most brain games are like work to me so I don't do them. Thanks for trying anyway.

Oh dearimee. I'm curious, do you have a diet that includes sugar? I had brain fog back when I was eating whatever I wanted. When I finally, completely cut out sugar, processed foods, desserts, soft drinks (I never did those but they're among the worst), etc. and made a commitment to say no to sugar and white carbs (that turns to sugar) once and for all, most of my brain fog lifted miraculously. My focus got even clearer when I started juicing raw greens. I don't like salads but throw those ingredients in a Juicer and YUM! My favorite juice takes a lot of veggies...a whole cucumber, 4 stalks celery, 1/2 peeled lemon, 1/4" slice of fresh ginger, kale, spinach, a green apple (or kiwi), and sometimes a beet or parsley.

The Motto is: You’ve got a brain, use it!

Yes! Throwing off the yoke of sugar slavery is the way!

Sadly, there are those who ever accept that challenge, never find the path to better living. :(
