Hawaii and Arizona are the only two states in the U.S. that do not observe daylight savings time. However, there are several overseas territories that do not observe daylight savings time. Since mid-Sept,when I go on my early morning walks before 7am,I wear my yellow reflector vest so the drivers can see me.
Sometimes it doesn't matter what time of day it is,a distracted driver won't see me until the last min because they are on their****** cellphone
