Sounds good, my problem with it is trying to remember what to do for 8 different things.

Whenever I experience bad or negative feelings, I have a little talk with myself, then go do something constructive
or do something that makes me happy.

One has to be willing to feel better...if you dwell on your negative feelings, it will bring you down.

Let it go! It is not worth your mental state in the long run.
 
When I was at my worst I just cheered myself up watching Louis de Funes all day every day.
Le Youkounkoun. A roommate didn't like getting woken up by the youkounkoun diamond being stuck in the claxon, going TOOOOOOOOOOOOT non stop and loud.

 
Oh lol when I came back to the office there was a colleague who always whistled early in the morning. She was always happy. I talked to her about the horrible stuff that had befallen me and then she said what she had gone through. Her ex was horrible and abusive, she almost died from ovarian cancer had a NDE, horrible stories from both of us. LOL and then after she told all that she said: Just keep smiling dumb! Hahahahahaha.
