I have been led to believe.

If that is a true fact, why, then, have Countries applied various
restrictions and conditions to their populace and visitors?

Many businesses in all countries are really suffering from
loss of income because of these restrictions, some famous
name have disappeared from the High Streets everywhere.

Spain comes to mind, because lots of British go there for a
sunshine holiday, there are thousands of resident British
people there and they are losing their livelihoods, we can't
go there for fear of spreading the virus!

But, it is OK to travel anywhere in Britain and go back home
without any restrictions, is that not a risk of spreading this
illness around these Islands.

An English cruise liner was refused permission to dock in
Scotland.

These restrictions don't really bother me as I have no plans
to travel anywhere, but they do puzzle me as we all have the
same problem, Nationally and Internationally, yet the rules
are different everywhere.

Mike, at the risk of starting a verbal war [with others] ....... I believe we have been lied to on several levels & various points all along this china virus scare.

I have farther opinions on it, but it would take allot of typing to completely explain , and as I noted, just not worth arguing about.

But so many folks just refuse to think for themselves , and are very willing to drink the kool-aid [as they say]

Hey Mike! I just as confused as you. I live in Canada and we have 10 provinces. Each province has its own health minister and each province has different rules. To make matters even more interesting, the rules regarding what you can do or cannot do sometimes change twice a week. Confusion is the name of the game but it's not a game that I like. They even have our glorious RCMP standing at the border of the province to the east of us and not allowing anyone in unless it is an essential service like truckers.

Each country's circumstance is different, eliciting a unique strategy.
Without a Global governing body mandating an uniform response, there will be variations.

I am happy to know that the confusion is not because
of my age and younger people are also confused.

It would be nice if somebody spoke about the similarity
of the situation.
