This Teen Gal Thing

I never paid much attention to my own 2 daughters and their makeup since that was MOM's job.
But now as guardian to a 16 year old Im just so glad I wasn't born a female.
Saw this print out she had left in the bathroom.......cripes all mighty...

Wash your hands and face.
apply moisturizer.
smooth with concealer brush
pat with a brush
comb with a brow brush(they now have a brush for eyebrows?)
shadow (again with a brush,I assume)
Blush,apply to the apples of your cheek. What the hell is an "apple of the cheek?"
Curl (that's with a contraption that took me weeks to figure out what the heck it was)
Apply lip balm
gloss (Im lost here)
eye shadow
use toilet paper or tissues to dab away some color(so THAT'S where all the toilet paper disappeared to)
remove makeup before bedtime......(more toilet paper I assume...jeez)
WHAT ????after all that time putting that stuff on,you take it all off after a few hours just to impress the males ?
I don't know about other teen gal but this one takes almost 2 HOURS in the bathroom to do this prep thingy and you wonder why the flowers outside are dying.

Davey, Now you know why girls say they learned to put on makeup. It take quite a bit instructions. I never was taught, so I have never worn makeup. I applaud your granddaughter for not asking you to take her to an expensive makeup salon for lessons. :wave:

Have to ever seen Walgren's make up aisle ? Its HUGE,The sales ladies know her personally since she is in their make up department 1-2 times a week.
I dont which cost me more, Walgrens or a make up salon.

I lost that card,nowadays you just put your phone number in that credit card thingy and you're in.
Had that account for 2 years and never used it,someday ill have to read the fine print to see what its good for.
