Here's a funny but true one:

Everybody's always on about exercise, getting out and getting moving and, almost as much, about getting a good night's sleep. Welp, the few nights in my life when I've gotten a good night's sleep was when I hadn't done sh*t all day other than read or watch tv/movies or played games on the computer or some combination of those three things. So take that, exercise nuts! :ROFLMAO:
