Or...just dont wear one.In addition to the sports bra someone should design one for hanging around the house.

IDK. They are for men and boys - usually worn for playing sports. OTOH, if you'd had an unfortunate event happen several times and you were not on a sports field, I'd say you need protection all the time.Do they come in sizes? Cut into the skin? I can't imagine what that would be like.

On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst pain I've ever had, my most uncomfortable mammogram would hit a 4-1/2. Childbirth comes in at a 7-8, by the way.Am I the only one who has never had a painful Mammogram ?... seriously , never.. and I;m a big girl IYSWIM.... yet never had any pain at all during a Mamogram...I would never have one again if I experienced pain !
I agree wth you @StarSong ..I miss wearing high heels on a regular basis...
worst pain I ever endured was Childbirth... in labour from Saturday 4pm until 7.20am on Tuesday... I was semi conscious with the pain... really thought I might die.. they forced me to have a natural birth... 20 /10 for that pain...followed just 18 months later ..with pain almost as bad with Neuralgia in my jaw after some dental treatment ... scrape me off the ceiling pain, that lasted 2 years... a multitude of various painkillers being tried by dentists.. utlimately prescribed pethidine & heroin.. which didn't relieve the pain....On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst pain I've ever had, my most uncomfortable mammogram would hit a 4-1/2. Worst pain I've ever had? Post surgical abdominal hemorrhaging hit a 10. Maybe an 11. As have episodes of sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. Both of those knocked me to my knees (literally) and caused me to believe my death was imminent.
@GoodEnuff Have you tried bra extenders? They hook on to the band at the back so you can make the band wider if you need to. you can get them with 2 or 3 hooks. M&S sell then but, I think you could probably get them on Amazon or perhaps another shop near you.I post this in a semi-joking way...
By the end of the day, my bra feels so tight around my chest that I cannot wait to get it off. Why wear one at all? Would men wear something that wraps around their private parts and squeezes them into a particular configuration? Underwire athletic supporters? I seriously doubt it.
Mammograms are just a torture. I would bet a lot that if the diagnostic test for testicular cancer were to smash those two guys flat between two plates, a better test would quickly be developed. In fact, I bet the smashing device would never make it to the market.
Shapewear should be banned, along with high spike heels. Pants so tight you can't use the pockets and forget the buffet.
Ladies, we (and I especially include myself in that "we") are idiots. Now, it is time to get dressed. And yes, I will wear the bra cuz that's what I'm supposed to do. Argh!
In the UK I think they're normally known as a cricket box because you'd wear one if you went in to bat. Having a rock hard cricket ball bouncing toward you at around 100mph is enough to do serious damage to one's vitals if it hits you in a vulnerable spot. Otherwise you wouldn't want to wear one, as it would really get in the way, especially if you needed to pee.IDK. They are for men and boys - usually worn for playing sports.
