Usually about 20 minutes when I first wake up and have my coffee... then on and off during the day..
I agree about TV. Sometimes there's something on I want to see but not often enough.Depends on what I have to do, Shopping, Doctors appointments ,going to Adelaide but I check in most mornings for an hour or so ....I enjoy the games.. I always check in at night, ( if I'm not out dancing ) and it depends on if there's much going on how long I stay. I must say i personally find .. SF much more stimulating on the ole grey matter than watching some of the programs we have to select from on TV at night.
