I ran into a statistic of the average length of time people live in their tiny homes. Surprisingly, it's not very long. On average, people stay in the tiny homes from 1-4 years.

If I had one on my own property I would stay the rest of my life. I am used to living tiny already. No stairs though!

I might like a tiny home that is gated. I live in an apartment and have a buzzer for people to push and then I can buzz them in. I like that but sometimes someone will push my buzzer and have the wrong building so sometimes I will go downstairs to see who it is.

I sometimes have to tell them that they have the wrong building. Anyhow that's besides the point I feel I need some kind of security.
