I don't know if you'll see this but if you do, Or know somebody in Ukraine please pause it on.

May God be with you and protect you. Take what little comfort you can from the knowledge that you are in my thoughts, and I'm sure I will not be the only one in the UK and beyond. You are not alone.

If I were not already in a wheelchair from resisting tyranny in other places I would be alongside you my sisters and brothers
