My BP was high from taking meloxicam (a known side effect) so my doc suggested cutting the dosage in half, which I did starting May 14. I didn't notice much increase in arthritic wrist pain so I decided to quit melox altogether. My BP was still higher than it should be.
So I stopped taking melox last Tuesday (May 25) and I've noticed my wrist pain getting worse. I woke up today and it was pretty bad. So I guess I'll start taking a half dose again. Tylenol doesn't seem to help much.
