Hope I don't break my arm patting myself on the back!
I got a wild hair this morning and got a gift card to Longhorn Steakhouse for DD/DSIL and left it in a card on their kitchen table. Their wedding anniversary is next week, but since this is a long weekend and he actually has TWO nights off this weekend and since in the past couple of months it seems every time they turn around there's something else unexpected that costs $$, I thought I'd just throw caution to the winds and spend some money on them. They haven't had two extra cents to rub together in I can't remember how long. Now they do...date night coming up
