Too hot to be outside today.

Temperature has gone over 40 degrees. 105F.
So I am staying in the cool and making my home made Sausage Rolls.
Using what ever I lay my eyes on.
500g Sausage meat, two unpeeled potatoes, finely diced, one large onion, finely diced, one cup peas, One tbsp minced garlic, two tbsp tom sauce.
Hot oven, 460F, 25 - 35 minutes.

that was the position for me last summer.. well over 80 degrees at midnight in my house.. no AC only standalone fans.. couldn;t sleep.. horrible.. couldn't wait for winter, and I'm happy it's cold now.. ❄️
I use my air con to cool the bedroom down at night to allow sleep. Pedestal fan runs all night at the end of my bed.

I have AC at my house in Spain, being a hot country every house has it , and it's not expensive to install.. here in the UK, because it's rare for anyone to have it, it's eye wateringly expensive to install.. :(..and now our Electricity prices have risen by more than 100 % it would be too expensive to run even if I had it installed
