Too hot to be outside today.

Temperature has gone over 40 degrees. 105F.
So I am staying in the cool and making my home made Sausage Rolls.
Using what ever I lay my eyes on.
500g Sausage meat, two unpeeled potatoes, finely diced, one large onion, finely diced, one cup peas, One tbsp minced garlic, two tbsp tom sauce.
Hot oven, 460F, 25 - 35 minutes.

At your low utility rates you must not have air conditioning... how do you stay cool?

that was the position for me last summer.. well over 80 degrees at midnight in my house.. no AC only standalone fans.. couldn;t sleep.. horrible.. couldn't wait for winter, and I'm happy it's cold now..

I have air con. Living on the bottom floor of a block of units, no direct sunlight.
Inside is constantly 29C on the hottest days. I use my air con to cool my bedroom down at night to allow sleep.
With a pedestal fan running all night at the end of the bed.

I have AC at my house in Spain, being a hot country every house has it , and it's not expensive to install.. here in the UK, because it's rare for anyone to have it, it's eye wateringly expensive to install.. ..and now our Electricity prices have risen by more than 100 % it would be too expensive to run even if I had it installed

Well, you know the expression- or maybe not- If you can't stand the heat.. send it over here because we don't have enough!!!

Yep, one has to adapt when living in hot climes.
The kitchen was rather warm.
