Topic Dyslexia

R.I.P. With Us In Spirit Only
Once in a while, usually when I'm far too tired to be on the 'Net at all, I seem to develop a sort of dyslexia about topic titles here.

Some of my recent misreadings ...

  • "How Many Men Here Like Cucumbers?"
  • "Texas Size Funny Farm"
  • "Fruits and Vegetables Before He Had His Way With Them"
  • "15 Facts You Probably Didn't Know About George Foreman"
  • "When You Have Too Much Gas"
As you can imagine, this causes me more than a few nightmares ...

Here is a classic.

I have a similar problem with my hearing, sometimes I misunderstand one word and it sends my mind in an entirely different and usually inappropriate direction.

Great cartoon!

You could ask anyone who has spoken with me, I am constantly mishearing things as well, often with hilarious outcomes.

I sometimes have really weird dyslectic hearing occurrences. I think it has more to do with the way my mind processes the auditory input, rather than the quality of the input itself.
