Training a very smart spoiled little doggy?

Blunderwoman, don't you have a COUNTY animal control dept? Surely there must be someone you can call about a dangerous dog harassing you! I'd try calling the police and asking them what to do about it. For all you know, the dog might be rabid -- somebody's GOTTA be in charge of stuff like this.

Nope I called them all. Unless I have a cow or livestock being attacked. I can't do a darn thing.
 
They did that to us last year. To save money the town all but eliminated animal control. If you have an issue, like the time my dogs mauled a raccoon in our yard. They didn't kill it so here it was wobbling in circles. Then we still had a township officer who went in and put the poor beast out of it's misery. Then she took it away.

Then there was the bat in the bedroom one night, she came for him too.

Now they have a shelter that handles such things for a fee. Close to a hundred bucks to remove a creature or you do it yourself. The exception is deer. If a deer up and dies in your yard, the township will take it away for free. Otherwise you're on your own.
 

OMG!! Somebody shot that mean dog. They are gonna think I did it because he's laying not that far from my driveway. He must have chewed on somebody's livestock. They don't fool around when dogs do that. His darned owners never watching him or caring what he does!
 
Here there are two dogs. One is Bérnease Mountain Dog, huge but very friendly and an AmBull. Both are friendly and well known in the neighborhood. Apparently they just shoot out the door on a regular basis and go wandering together. I've gotten used to them coming by. I grab two of my dogs leashes and take them home. Animal control has fined the owners repeatedly and they just don't get it. The traffic here is around the clock...you want to find your pup squished in the gutter?
