Sit out, of an early morn
Sipping steaming black java

Watching the day break

Not sure the price

But know, some, of the value

This week I bought myself a new LazyBoy rocker recliner which was on sale, love it&very comfortable
The furniture store where I bought it,has a guarantee '3 day delivery or less',got it 2 days later
My old recliner I had for over 25 yrs,the seat was sagging, had trouble getting out of the chair LOL! Sue

I'm kind of like Aunt Bea, a little expensive cheese, some premium sea food, imported Italian salami, some chocolate and a bottle of good Pino Grigio.

OR meet some friends for lunch.

We buy what we need or want as the need arises. For a "Treat", we go to the casinos....we were just there this past Wed. thru Friday, and had a good time....ate some delicious free meals, stayed in a nice free hotel room, and I only blew about $300 gambling, while my wife hit a nice $700 win on a slot machine....so we had fun, and made some money at the same time.

Travel for pleasure (as opposed to when I did it often for work). When it's by air, I splurge on a first class seat if the flight is scheduled for four hours or longer. Some would argue that it's a frivolous waste of money but airlines do little to make the flying public comfortable any longer. Airplanes are cattle cars, passengers can be rude, and the patience of flight attendants is often tested. Give me a window seat and I can manage it for 3-4 hours but anything more than that and I'll save until I have enough to ride up front.

This late in life whatever we want, whenever we want it. The days of buying needs only are over.
