Trooper in Sandra Bland Jail Suicide Case Indicted

The trooper who arrested Sandra Bland over the summer who subsequently died or committed suicide in her jail cell a few days later was indicted.

Justice takes time but it works when given a chance. That being said trying to cover things up, down play or lie does not help

From the beginning...routine traffic stop...a cop who instantly goes from mildly chuffed to rabid...and a woman with no prior signs of depression or mental illness hangs herself.
It doesn't take much effort to string up a small woman...may justice be served.

Good, glad there are audio and video recordings on some of these events, or we wouldn't know half the things we do know, just like things were in the past. I shiver to think what some of these bad cops got away with over the years undetected. Plenty of good officers, but enough hotheads that need to be stopped.
