An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper successfully performed the Heimlich Maneuver after a man allegedly attempted to swallow a bag of cannabis when he was pulled over for speeding.

ROOTSTOWN, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver after a man allegedly attempted to swallow a bag of cannabis when he was pulled over for speeding.
Ohio State Police Sgt. Ray Santiago said the traffic stop occurred on July 3 in Portage County.

A bag, huh? Zip-lock and all? Anyway, it must have only been a nickel bag. Thank god he didn't try "mouth-to-mouth".
 
Geez. Talk about getting caught.

Where I live, marijuana is legal (in the whole state). You can go into stores that sell it, and buy weed of different types, candies (I guess that's what they're called), CBD cream (some good stuff for pain, that). I think it's even legal to grow marijuana yourself.

Thing is, aside from occasional use of CBD for pain (the type we have does not get me high at all), I'm not at all interested in getting high.
