Tropic of Cancer and Capricorn should be re-named

Due to the procession of the Equinox, these geographical terms are now out-dated. When the names were determined around 2000 years ago, those were the constellations where the sun was at its more northerly and southerly appearing positions. A more accurate designation today would be he Tropic of Gemini and the Tropic of Sagittarius.
