The annual migration of Turkey Vultures from Canada to Mexico's warmer climate has begun.
About 60 of them arrived yesterday for a short stopover rest, some in our next door neighbor's pine tree. They stop here every year.
They are carrion-eating scavengers, with wingspans from 5 to 6 feet.
