Two Sentence Story

It occurred to Charlotte that an Ostrich doesn't really fly, so that idea may not work out.
However, off to her left, she spotted a mountain path that looked like it may lead somewhere fascinating and adventurous.

As she came to the clearing Charlotte saw a sign welcoming one and all . "Roll up, Roll up" she heard in the distance and she followed the voice only to discover it was Darby O'Gill the Irish Leprechaun who was welcoming people to travel on his spaceship to meet the Man on the Moon. I wonder if she'll like it?

Lotte, and hundreds of other Moon travelers were sat inside Darby O'Gill's fleet of space crafts which were now approaching Tim's Ice Cream Space Station.

Seeing them, Tim, swiftly switched on a big neon sign saying,"Keep going, you've got as much chance of getting my ice cream, as you have of kissing, Darby O'Gill's 'Blarney Stone." ☺️

Suddenly the space crafts were somewhat slowed down, and they slowly descended on to the Moon. Just then out popped the Purple People Eater singing that rather boring song that became a hit on the radio. "Welcome", have I got a treat for you Come follow me one and all for the best time of your lives, especially the birthday girl Charlotte."

Charlotte was so excited that all her fluffy pink feathers fell off.

The loss of the fluffy feathers threw The Purple People Eater for a loop and discombobulated him so much that
he stopped singing and wondered if he should have some ice cream first.

He had so many flavours to choose from, he closed his eyes and pointed to the poster with all the flavours on it, yum it was his lucky day he hit the jackpot which said, "If you can eat all the flavours on the poster, you will win a trip to Disneyland with the birthday girl, Charlotte." Well, nothing will stop him now, all he wanted to do was make an impression on her because her had the hots for her.

Charlotte's party commenced on the moon; people were eating ice cream and of course doing the "moon walk" dance, making even more feathers fall off. I wonder if the international space station was recording all of this to transmit to the U.S. government...and would they share it with the population?

Oh yes sharing with population on Earth would not be good as I am sure all the fluffy feathers would be discarded with all of the frivolities going on and the scene would not be too perfect
Poor Aunt Bessie is worried sick about Charlotte's disappearance and is eating ice cream like crazy as is poor pussycat Taz
who has gained ten pounds since she left.
