BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (KTRK) -- Elijah Precciely, 11, started classes this week at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The acclaimed child prodigy is a new physics major and Elijah was awarded a full scholarship to attend the university.
His classmates are stunned by his knowledge while Elijah is already thinking about grad school.

I saw him on the news today.
It is an amazing accomplishment but I always feel sorry for these little whiz kids that get so far out of step with kids their own age.

I agree with you AB...their life probably is always centered around keeping up with the older ones, mostly at school...but hopefully their parents keep them in touch with kids and friends their own age with sports, etc.
