U.S. Coast Guard stops 13 Miami charter boats for numerous violations

Hey RR. This Coast Guard violation of the rules in the Miami River reminds me of the murderous Miami River Cops who actually threw cocaine traffickers into the river to drown then snatched their cocaine and sold it to local high dollar Miami Beach and Coconut Grove drug dealers. There is a whole backstory to this from Columbia and Cuba that was the actual jumping board for the Dadeland Mall shooting.
