And they'll try to justify it for the public good. But if you are a member of the public that got that placebo it didn't do you any good.

heart attack victims will be treated as normal; if a patient goes into cardiac arrest, adrenaline is sometimes used to restart the heart; but there is a school of thought that adrenaline causes brain damage, and death.

Electric shocks, and defibulators will continue to be used as normal.

Patients who suffer cardiac arrests now; only one in four survive....
