I'm sorry, I tried to edit original post but I can't see how to .
I just wanted to share with you all whom responded.
The reason why I was feeling so poorly was I have was advised I have bronchitis as I went to a Dr yesterday . I still have weird low energy and congestion but am on meds so hopefully it will clear up.
Anyway. I had to talk to my partner about how I was feeling on Sunday about "PBJ incident" lol.
I told him I confess to feeling angry and hurt when I came back home to discover the ingredients just sitting on the counter for me (except for the jelly I remember).
WELL, as soon as I mentioned the sandwich , he immediately genuinely started to apologize saying he felt so bad he didn't make it. He didn't want the jelly to get room temperature as it's always better when the jelly is cold. So he wanted to wait until after I got home. I immediately just made the sandwich as soon as I walked in and didn't give him the chance. He kept apologizing and asked to make me a sandwich immediately (it was before we went to bed). I told him that I'm so glad he told me that and that I feel so much better knowing what he told me.
Whew. Ok. This is a big stepping stone for me as talking about how I feel is so hard for me. I feel so much better about myself and our relationship. Thank you all for your comments.
I truly appreciate the ears !!!

Thankfully all is well for you now and feeling better everyday.
I'm sorry I caused a distraction in your thread when my hyperbole was taken literally by some.
I'm always trying to be better with my communication. It's a challenge. Bless you.
Aww it's ok. We are all adults here so no worries ! Thank you!!!!

I'm so glad you and your husband are working it out, Willowgal!

I feel the need to update a little, too. I made my husband sound so awful over the Covid incident, but he's really a nice guy in many ways. I think he's so hopeless with sickness due to his eternally optimistic nature. He's the same with his own illnesses, "Ignore it and it will go away."

Right... Ignoring it is not a good idea ...we aren't ourselves when we are ill.
