A US consulate was shot & wounded in Guadalajara Mexico. Victim in stable condition and suspect still at large. Police unsure of who although a violent cartel controls the city.

Too many of these shooting happening lately. The world is becoming more violent.

FBI says this was not a random shooting. The official shot was a vice counsel and had been interviewing visa applicants at the front gate. The suspect waited for him at the front gate.
