US consumer prices jumped 5.4% in past 12 months, most since 2008

We'll be lucky if prices stabilize by this time, next year. The interruptions caused to the supply chain by this virus are just now starting to ease. It's doubtful that many of these prices will come down....higher wages will impact many products, and the recent weather issues in the West are bound to impact future food prices.

Just saw the price of Alaskan King Crab at my grocer, $48.97/lb. I know it is out of season but come on!
