Veterans continue to say Thank You

I read an interesting story on Jimmy Doolittle. The Four Star General in the Air Force was best known for flying with the Doolittle Raiders over Japan in 1942. President Roosevelt presented him with the Medal of Honor and promoted him from Lieutenant Colonel to Brigadier General after his successful raid over Japan.

In 1985, President Ronald Reagan presented General Doolittle to 4-star General on the retired list. This made him the first 4-star General from the Air Force Reserve.

General Doolittle also served in WWI and was an Aeronautical Engineer.

There is a lot more to this story as an All American Hero.
