Vitamin D3 alone or with K2?

I don't take vitamins D + K now. I found out one centrum multivitamin pill is all I need. It has D and K, as well as all the other vitamins I need. So, one pill does it all.

I was in the minus in B12 and D3 when I first moved here and saw this Dr. I am with. My MDs in Virginia evidently were not doing a full lab
order there for some reason. So I needed to be supercharged, so all is excellent now.
