All of those I come to know and think dearly of know what I look like now so you can know a face with my posts.
I received respect and honor from all of you. With so many new ones coming in now, I think it's best to get to
know them and trust them as well for me as a person not a face.

It was more a wake up call for me than drama, all done and over.

You are correct, that pic was me this past Mother's Day. I began with a generic avatar until I felt comfortable with the people here.

Don't you men get messaged and followed by new members joining? It's a creepy feeling, right off the bat they mention your
looks and then follow you.
I feel safe here, I want that feeling to last.
The Bunting maybe outvoting the other pic just from mentions actually!

Every so often some new bot will follow me or message, I completely ignore them. Eventually they disappear when Matrix bans them.

It wasn't a bot this morning... it was someone thinking we're a different kind of site. He followed me, but didn't mention my gorgeous picture or beautiful smile. Guess he doesn't like sunrises/sets... but I have a purdy smile, too... I felt left out! 😁

All you have to do is change your screen name to KissMeKate and you'll have to fight them off with a stick
 
One new member awhile back posted on my personal messages pretty much the same scenario.
I told him Thanks, see you on the threads. Never saw him/it whatever post again to me or the threads.
Now I just ignore when one shows up. I've had members I have come to know mention a new pic I put up
and those I have replied to, whether male of female always respectful comments.
