Sunkist: Thanks so much for the French Toast recipe. I will have to try it but won't pour Maple syrup over it, not a big fan.
You can use jelly, jam, or anything similar that you prefer.Sunkist: Thanks so much for the French Toast recipe. I will have to try it but won't pour Maple syrup over it, not a big fan.
So very true. Pancakes, my last choice, seem to do nothing but absorb syrup like a sponge lol.Waffles have more pockets to catch all that excess maple syrup.
I'm an over easy, hash browns, toast, and some meat ideally. I don't mind an omelette but I love that yolk. I battle though as I also like a taste of sweet for breakfast. My ideal going out is to get maybe one slice of French toast with the egg breakfast, or share a big sweet roll with whoever I'm with lol. I get though the preferring other than sweet for breakfast.Sorry, but none. I don't like anything sweet for breakfast. I'd always go for an omelette.
