I've tried some of those and was disappointed on all. Remember manufacturers are not required to list 100% of all ingredients in their goodies. I followed a recipe for Lawry's Seasoning Salt and it tasted like stale bread. I threw it out. If head chefs use store bought spices that's good enough for me.
