Was it my fault?

Several months ago I was drinking coffee in a Cafe. A lady walks past me and we exchange pleasantries. Hello, Hello.
She immediately collapses in a faint, cracks her head open on the hard floor and laid there in a dazed state.
Other customers come running, Ambulance is rang and she is taken away.
Should I stop exchanging pleasantries lest this happens again.

Jeeesh! Of course not. Who could believe such a thing? Come on, how could anyone think you had anything to do with this poor woman. It's scientifically impossible for you to cause harm to people by just talking to them. It's totally ridiculous.

Er, BTW, you are staying in Perth for life? Right?
