We men are fragile beings

We men are fragile beings

I tried that with a couple wimin early on

All I got was a thump on the chest or arm and a 'SNAP OUT OF IT, YA BIG GALOOT!!'
Hey....those tiny fists hurt!

Gave it a shot

Guess wimin are more intuitive than I gave credit

There's a big difference between the point of a knife and a blunt instrument but both are deadly.

I'd have to agree that men are fragile critters. I think we all are in that category. Humans respond to their emotions-that's kind of why they are human. Most men have the ability to become "John Wayne" for a time. When necessary most men can ably perform in war. But that's a role men can play only for a time. And what they do, when they have to, is something they carry for life. The idea that men can do whatever, and it has no impact on them is more psychopath than manly. Some may want men to be he-men, dominant, aggressive, all the time, but those characteristics are those of wife beaters.

Hold on a sec .... didn't the V8 GT have a slight bulge in the bonnet? Mine was a bit tattier than that but I did manage to pull in a fair share of birds with it.
The MGC, had the power bulge, it was really an MGB with a Austin Healey, three litre, six cylinder, inline engine. It made no sense really, the V8 in the MGB still beat it for grunt.
I know little about automobiles in general, but since you joined the forum, Horseless, my love for MG's has grown ten-fold.
