I have an ad blocker, because I don't want ads popping up, and I don't want those ads to keep popping up, when I'm on other sites. When I go to a news site, and they want me to unblock to view their content, I won't unblock. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like giving anything the right to put stuff on what I view. To me, it seems like any hacker could use that "unblocking" to get into my computer. Okay, I might be a bit paranoid. Yeah, times are financially tough for news organizations, but they've always been that way. I won't unblock the thing I expressly added to my computer. What's your take on the block/unblock issue? Do you unblock?
